With a rich history in the AV industry, The LED Studio is proud to welcome Peter Dosanjh as Managing Director. With a distinguished career, Peter brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the ever-growing LED Studio family.
Career Transition & Growth
His AV journey started in 2007 in AV distribution with Medium UK, where he excelled and eventually became a board director. After the company's acquisition by Exertis in late 2016, he stayed for nearly two years before seeking a new challenge in a smaller, more focussed, dynamic business setting.
In November 2018, Peter joined Northamber PLC, where he contributed to significant growth and built a strong and capable team pro AV team. He was appointed to the board in 2022. After six successful years, he felt the time was right for a new challenge. Joining The LED Studio presented an ideal opportunity, as he had long respected the leadership team and the company's innovative approach to the LED industry.

Peter was drawn to The LED Studio due to its innovative business model and impressive growth in the LED market. The company’s leadership in pioneering technology, global headquarters, and plans for international expansion were major factors in his decision to join. Peter is excited to be part of a forward-thinking business driving the industry forward.
Early Career & Industry Entry
Peter began his career in the IT reseller channel after university, working in Nottingham during a time when cold calling through the Yellow Pages was the norm. He thrived in that sales-driven environment, quickly developing technical competence and excelling in his role. His career journey later included co-founding a successful business and transitioning to AV distribution, where he developed a passion for the technology.
Personal Interests & Hobbies
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending quality time with his family. His son recently graduated and is following a similar career path, which Peter has found rewarding to support. A dedicated Nottingham Forest fan, he enjoys attending matches, when possible, although recent success at the club has meant tickets are hard to come by.
Future Goals & Vision
Working with the sales and marketing teams, Peter aims to build The LED Studio’s brand presence within the channel. He wants to ensure the industry becomes familiar with the company and understands the unique value it offers. Enhancing brand visibility and highlighting the company’s reputation in product design and technical competency are key priorities for him in his new role.
Peter is enthusiastic about the future at The LED Studio and looks forward to contributing to the company's continued success.
