We are thrilled to welcome Gregg Ringer, as our new Marketing Director. With over 24 years in the industry, Gregg brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to our rapidly growing LED Studio family.
Gregg’s career journey is a testament to his adaptability and deep understanding of the AV market. Over the past two decades, Gregg has built a stellar reputation in marketing, helping to elevate brands and awareness within the industry. His first steps into the AV world came through a distributor over 20 years ago, where he quickly developed a passion for technology and brand storytelling.
Since then, Gregg has held several key marketing roles, honing his expertise in crafting impactful campaigns and building strong relationships across the AV channel. His work has ranged from promoting interactive technologies to driving brand recognition for leading manufacturers and distributors.
“I’ve always loved the challenge of bringing a brand’s story to life,” Gregg shared. “Marketing isn’t just about promoting products; it’s about creating an emotional connection and making people believe in what you stand for.”
This commitment to storytelling and innovation makes Gregg a perfect fit for The LED Studio, where he’s ready to take our brand to new heights.
When asked about what drew him to The LED Studio, Gregg highlighted our unique position as a British-owned company with an in-house factory—a rarity in today’s world, especially in the AV sector.
“The opportunity to work with a dynamic, homegrown brand that is making waves globally was too exciting to pass up,” Gregg said. “I’m looking forward to being part of the journey that transforms The LED Studio into a global powerhouse.”
Gregg lives in Ascot with his wife and two sons, aged 12 and 9. Family life keeps him busy, from cheering at rugby matches to attending drum recitals and dance classes. A former rugby player and kickboxing instructor, Gregg remains active with longboarding and occasional boxing sessions.
“My sons inspire me to stay active and pursue my passions and live my sporting dreams through them. I still dream of being a professional skateboarder and rugby player. Now, I will settle for pulling on a rugby jersey with my eldest, if my body will allow it!” he joked.
Gregg’s enthusiasm for branding is infectious. “My goal is to position The LED Studio as a trusted, impactful brand in the LED industry,” he explained. “I’m excited about creating relationships, showcasing our incredible technology, and seeing the awe on people’s faces when they experience our solutions for the first time. We’re just getting started, and the potential is limitless.”
In the coming years, Gregg envisions The LED Studio as a leader in the global LED space, renowned for its innovation, quality, and bold branding. “The LED market is saturated, but this is an opportunity to stand out. I want us to be the name people think of when they think LED,” he stated.
